At Little Mo & Friends all designs are original to us and officially licensed for global distribution.
To serve as many countries as possible (last year, we shipped to 72 countries), we store most items in our global warehouse and ship direct to you at time of order.
All shipments follow the below procedure, with express shipping options also available at checkout to most major countries.
The order process follows these steps:
ORDER VERIFICATION > PROCESSING > SHIPPING > DELIVERY
All orders are checked against an independent service for the risk of fraud before payment verification is completed. This is done with an hour of order placement.
After an order is verified, all orders are processed and sent directly from our central warehouse within 24 hours (48 hours if a Sunday or public holiday is involved).
Note public holidays and peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday) may add a day to these times.
Shipping estimates during checkout are accurate as per the day ordered, but can be effected by global events out of our control (natural disasters, global pandemics etc).
Once packed for dispatch, we send packages via FedEx, TNT, DHL (Express Shipping), or local post such as USPS Priority, Australia Post, or Royal Mail (Standard Shipping).
For standard shipping, your package will be passed to your local postal service for delivery to your chosen delivery location.
Please be aware if your local postal service can deliver to parcel lockers and postal lockers when choosing the address for delivery.
Standard shipping can deliver to a residential or business address, as well as post boxes and parcel lockers in most locations. Check with your local postal service if you are unsure.
For express shipping, as these are delivered by courier directly from our international warehouse, a street address (no P.O Boxes) and phone number are required as couriers may need to contact you if the order cannot be delivered on the first attempt.
Signatures and phone numbers will also be required as is the requirement from all courier companies for international parcels.
Depending on your location, customs charges may be applicable in your region.
Items may be shipped in individual packages if the combined value is deemed to be at risk of incurring customs charges.
You consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
New rules implemented in Brazil require us to request a tax ID for delivery. Deliveries to some parts of Europe, Canada and Brazil require phone numbers.
Express shipping is available for customers in the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Australia and will generally take 2-5 business days from the time of dispatch.
In most major countries and centers, standard shipping will take between 4 to 9 business days from the time of dispatch, but please check the tables below.
Some more remote areas may take longer, but we will advise you if we think this might be the case.
Tracking numbers are provided on all orders as soon as they are dispatched to allow you to track the progress of your item(s) in real-time.

Yes, you will automatically receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information as well as updates as your orders tracking status changes.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us via our contact page.
This is normal. For most shipping companies, it will take between 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.
If your order was dispatched more than five business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we will chase it up for you.
We will always endeavor to minimize the packaging needed for shipping.
The majority of our items are shipped from our single warehouse, though some items introduced on a trial basis or in partnership with other companies may ship separately.
On some orders to some locations, we will ask our warehouse to split the packaging to reduce the risk of customs or import charges being applied to the order.
On occasion, one item of an order may take longer to make, is temporarily out of stock or requires a different class of packaging.
In this case, we will ship the available item immediately, and ship the remaining items separately as to not hold up the entire order.
